Barry G. Oliver / General Manager

Barry has been a consistent and innovative marketing and sales representative in the electrical industry for over 30 years. He has 12 years’ experience at the distribution level which included 5 years of branch management in Denver, Colorado. In addition, he has 5 years of manufacturing sales, which included a district manager position with Hubbell Inc. Following that, he spent 4 years as an electrical manufacturer representative managing the New Mexico, El Paso, TX, Durango, CO territory. Barry started Electro Link Sales in May of 2002.

Barry’s responsibility is to manage the outside sales portion of the business. His focus is on creating a demand for the products that we represent and increasing distribution through relationship building, product awareness and unsurpassed customer service. Barry is directly responsible for company planning, maintaining manufacturer relationships and staying active in a variety of trade associations that facilitate future growth and relationships. In addition, he is responsible for the technological portion of the company, maintaining and updating the computer systems as necessary.

Beth Alexander / Operations Manager

Beth has over 30 years’ experience in the electrical field, all in the New Mexico and El Paso market area. This includes 18 years of distribution experience at both the operations and management levels. Beth helped a large electrical manufacturer’s representative agency branch into the New Mexico and El Paso territory.  She spent three years working with them as inside sales and support. Beth was also instrumental in opening Electro Link Sales in May 2002.

Beth’s primary responsibilities as Operations Manager are to insure the best support team in the industry. Her efforts are spent assuring the best customer service and fulfilling the commitments that have been made at the inside and outside sales level. She is also responsible for tracking current market levels and promotions and then relaying that information to the manufacturers.

Mark Reynolds / Account Manager

Mark joins ELS with over 25 years of experience in the electrical and controls industries. He has worked as a technical salesman, branch manager of a controls company and an account manager for an electrical distributor covering the south and southeastern United States. Most recently, he held the position of a senior outside sales account manager for an electrical OEM, selling custom engineered control panels. Throughout his career, Mark has consistently achieved or exceeded his sales goals which has garnered him numerous awards. We feel he will be a tremendous asset to our sales team as well as the local market.

Mark’s primary responsibility will be to work alongside Barry and manage the outside sales portion of the business. He will be focusing not only on expanding the demand for the products that ELS represents but also on the new products that our manufacturers are introducing to the market. Mark will work on building solid relationships with our existing distributors as well as building new relationships as ELS continues to grow. His focus will be on training our industry partners on our product lines as well as working with contractors, OEM’s, MRO’s and end users. He will be quickly expanding his proficiency in the products offered by our manufacturers while maintaining the excellent customer service that ELS is known for in the industry. With his outstanding work ethic and vast industry knowledge, his contribution to Electro Link Sales is a welcomed addition.

Lisa Quinton-Neu / Wire Sales Specialist

Lisa has over 7 years’ experience in the electrical industry, from customer service to sales, as well as management. She has experience working for contractors, distributors and for an electrical manufacturer’s representative. She brings an enthusiastic perspective to the industry, along with an exceptional work ethic which is appreciated by both distributors and manufacturers.

Lisa started with ELS in October of 2012 and we are very excited about the addition. She spent 2 weeks at Southwire’s manufacturer facility and headquarters for system and product training. She has numerous future trips for system training and product feedback to bring her to the highest level of market knowhow. Her primary function at ELS is to manage all Southwire transactions. She is responsible for all quotes, order entry, market levels, back order control and shipment tracking.

Anna Griego / Sales Associate

Anna has over 18 years of experience in the electrical industry. She has 10 years of experience in the field as a Journeyman Electrician, which includes 3 years as a foreman. Anna also has an associate’s degree in construction management technologies, which she was able to put to use as an electrical project manager for 5 years. Most recently she has worked for an electrical manufacturer’s representative in the lighting industry. Anna is a team player, so with her product knowledge and electrical experience, she is a great asset to the Electro Link Sales team.

Anna’s responsibilities will be order entry, job quotes, order and job tracking, expediting, and offering the best customer service in the industry. Anna will be cross-trained on all of the lines we represent.


Hailey Sikorski / Order Management Associate

Hailey comes to us with over 4 years’ experience in customer service and retail sales. Her background in face to face communications, as well as her ability to quickly build relationships with customers, makes her a valued asset to the ELS team. With her experience in issue resolution and software navigation for Apple products, Hailey has garnered skills that give her the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. We feel she will add a fresh perspective to our current technology focus, including data entry procedures. She is currently pursuing a graduate level degree in cognitive neuroscience and we feel that her persistence and pragmatism will serve to enrich and refine our order management process.

Her responsibilities will include order processing, back order control, expediting, as well as tracking of shipments.


Deborah A. Oliver / Treasurer

Deborah has a financial background with over 25 years of experience. Through her developed relationships with CPA’s and attorneys, she has maintained many essential state and federal contacts which have proven useful for this company.

Deborah’s responsibility is to manage all financial aspects of the company. These functions include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, payroll taxes, federal and state compliance, human resources and management of insurance and 401k plan.  In addition, she utilizes NEMRA support software to provide sales with data that is vital to progress and expansion.
